Sandy Pollock and Crystal Cook of Casserole Queens have created an ingenious idea that brings gourmet food right to your door in Austin.
Casserole Queens is an “Austin-based food delivery service that redefines hassle-free dinners. No trips to the store, no mess and no minimum orders—just put it in the oven and get ready for a delicious meal.”
Orders are placed online and processed each week for delivery the following week. The Casserole Queens menu is divided by:
- breakfast
- dessert
- lighter fare (less calories)
- vegetarian
- main dish

Lunch Lady Doris' Spicy Mac and Cheese
The menu includes black bean enchilada casserole, french toast casserole, gooey apple butter cake, peanut butter banana cream pie, mamma mia lasagna, traditional king ranch casserole, corn dog casserole and moreee.

This is awesome Justine. I miss eating Casseroles. There really is not point in making a casserole in college unless you are attending a pot luck or you have a ridiculous appetite. I may actually call these Casserole queens.

One of my friends actually had the chicken pot pie this week. I haven’t talked to him to get his review of it yet, but getting on Food Network must mean you’re pretty legit!
Let me know what he says.. because I die for chicken pot pie! haha. Apparently the Casserole Queens episode already aired and they LOST to Bobby Flay! I can’t find anything about it on the net, but my friend said she saw the episode.
